ARE BAR CODES ENDANGERED?
IS the barcode an endangered species? A German company has launched a Smartphone app PRO Trace to trace its products. It said it can identify that a salmon fillet was caught at a specific time at a fish farm in Norway, when it was transferred to the shop’s chiller, and when it was released for sale.
