The group has plans for a stunning 287-apartment development in the Norwest Business Park precinct.
Within walking distance to the future underground Norwest rail station, the transformational development is set-over four residential flat buildings, with heights ranging from 5/6 storeys on Spurway Drive and 14 and 25 storeys for the towers to the south of the site, adjoining Maitland Place.
BHL Chief Asset Manager Jonathan Pan said there will be a total of 287 luxury 1,2, and 3-bedroom apartments, with basement car parking for over 470 residents and visitors, private and communal open spaces, landscaped gardens and a range of on-site facilities for residents.
“BHL’s vision is for a development which sets new standards in urban living in the thriving north-west corridor, showcasing high-quality apartments, open, green-spaces and a beautiful rooftop garden,” the BHL spokesman said.
“The contemporary design, with minimal building footprint, provides an abundance of natural light. There are landscaped gardens throughout the village, integrating indoor and outdoor spaces and communal facilities, including a pool and sun decks.”
The company lodged a DA for the residential project in December 2017.
“BHL’s is committed to creating communities where people live and work,” Mr Pan said.
“Under the current Planning Proposal the development also includes a Commercial Zone, which caters for the full social demographic spectrum, with childcare, through to medical and wellness facilities, within walking distance to the Norwest train station.”
The development with new zoning is expected to deliver 156-184 jobs.
