The planning framework for the Blacktown City Centre provides capacity for some 18,000 new dwellings. Construction has started at the corner of Main Street and Sunnyholt Road for a 14 storey mixed use residential and commercial development and will feature 82 residential apartments, four levels of basement car park and 1 level of commercial/retail premises on the ground floor.
The development is situated at the gateway to the City and is a stylish and contemporary design with units facing north enjoying city views.
The proposal also intends to protect and retain two significant fig trees on the western boundary that will enhance the environmental presentation of the development.
