As part of the Lord Mayor’s Healthy Generations initiative, Parramatta Pool is launching a lunch time lap training session in their heated pools, starting Tuesday, April 23.
Lord Mayor of Parramatta, Cr John Chedid said “we’ve organised a range of activities, such as the lunch time lap sessions, to fit our busy workers’ schedules.”
“Swimming is a healthy, low-cost activity that suits people of all abilities and ages and has many physical and mental health benefits,” Cr Chedid said.
