New property targets south-west growth

QUEST Serviced Apartments has opened its 11th Sydney property located Liverpool.

The Sydney Metropolitan Strategy estimates Liverpool’s employment will grow to 35,000 jobs by 2036 to keep up with projected population.

Quest CEO, Zed Sanjana expressed his confidence in the property to thrive, bolstered by a number of expanding industries and world-class services in the area.

“Liverpool is one of the fastest growing economies in the state with a number of major projects underway, including the multi-million Kurrajong Road works, the construction of a brand new library and recreation facility, and the revitalisation of Macquarie Mall and Bigge Park.”

“Local growth is driven by a diverse range of industries, including healthcare and medical research; distribution and logistics; professional services; manufacturing; retail; government and defence,” said Mr Sanjana.

“I congratulate Quest Liverpool Franchisee, Tom Wang for opening the property and welcome him to the Quest family. Tom brings a wealth of experience to the role, having run his own businesses in Canberra for over five years; I am confident in the future success of the property and trust it is in good hands,” he concluded.

Franchisee of Quest Liverpool, Tom Wang was thrilled to be opening the property today, and explained he was looking forward to working hard to deliver his guests the quality experience people have come to expect from Quest.

“I am excited to have the opportunity to be a Quest Franchisee and can say with confidence that Quest has maintained its high standard of accommodation here at Quest Liverpool, giving consideration to every little detail to ensure that the customer will experience nothing but the best,” Mr Wang said.

“Badgerys Creek Airport is underway just 19km from the property, which will significantly decrease travel time to the area. Not only does Liverpool boast booming industry, but we’re also within close proximity to Westfield Shopping Centre and Liverpool Plaza, ensuring our guests are entertained on their downtime,” he concluded.

The property features 88 studio, one and two bedroom serviced apartments with kitchen and laundry facilities, separate living/dining area, LED Smart TV, Wi-Fi, Foxtel, onsite car parking, gymnasium and conference room facilities.
