SYDNEY developer Aland has sold the 138-metre tall, 330-apartment Peak project, at 14-20 Parkes Street, Parramatta, to Singapore-listed CWG International for $40 million, three years after picking up the site for $26 million. The property had been on the market for more than two years.

CHARTER Hall Group, in partnership with Commercial Industrial Property, proposes to develop a $120M industrial project on a 19-hectare site leases from the Western Sydney Parklands Trust for 90 years. The project, to be known as the Bringelly Road Business Hub, would have about 80,000 square metres of gross lettable space, to be delivered over an estimated five years.
