Wealth creation leveraging property


SUCCESS in creating wealth through property requires knowledge.

WSBA has teamed up with experts in wealth creation to host a special morning event that educates participants in the keys to wealth creation and wealth protection.

The venue is the Chifley Hotel Eastern Creek on Wednesday, October 24, starting at 8am and concluding at 12 noon. Tickets are $99 and include lunch, morning tea and learning materials.

 “This event will dispel some the myths around creating wealth and equip participants with knowledge to plan wealth creation from any starting point,” said WSBA publisher, Michael Walls.

The presenters are all experts in their fields who are successful in their own right and now base a part of their working lives educating others achieve financial security. Presenters include:

Schon Condon: As the managing principal of the Condon Group, Schon is uniquely positioned to provide insights into establishing wealth creation strategies that are safe and effective.

Munzural Khan of Keshab Chartered Accountants has 17 years experience in taxation and accounting. He has amassed a private property portfolio of 37 investment properties.

Munzural will draw upon his unique blend of professional expertise and personal success to share tips for structuring your wealth creation strategies with a focus on property.

Ross Le Quesne is a director of Aussie Home Loans Parramatta. In 2010 Aussie Parramatta was voted Australia’s number one Aussie Home Loans store.

Ross has worked in the mortgage industry for 17 years. Ross will share his knowledge about the loan process – dos and don’ts and how to prepare for property investing.

Phillip Win is managing director of Profile Financial Services based at Parramatta. Phillip will help dispel myths around income, wealth creation, timing and debt management. The Wealth Creation event will be hosted by Dr Jim Taggart OAM.
