Mariya’s negotiating skills and lobbying prowess will enhance the already sound relationship the Chamber has with Merrylands retailers and business owners, State and Federal members and Holroyd City Council.
“It’s important that we all work together for the long-term sustainability and the economic development of Merrylands and the Holroyd area,” said Ms Gojan
“Recently we have seen an increase in the dollar spend locally and this is an encouraging sign for the future. There is also a reduction in empty shops and several local developments happening.”
she said.

The first Chamber event for 2014 is Business After 5 including the launch of the Holroyd City Local Business Awards on Monday, March 17 and is being sponsored by Aussie Merrylands and held at their new offices at shop 1 & 2, 215 Pitt Street, Merrylands.
