The project is on a 364-hectare site, in Menangle, which the Dahua Group Australia acquired in 2016 – one of three major land purchases in the area.
Dahua’s proposal is expected to yield close to 4000 lots as part of the transformation of the Campbelltown-Macarthur community on the banks of the Nepean River.
“In line with our ongoing support for the Campbelltown-Macarthur community, our team [has] aimed to redefine the area while preserving its history and culture,” said Eric Li, Dahua Australia CEO, for NSW and Queensland.
The Menangle Park development will join Dahua’s $1B masterplanned development, New Breeze, in the region at Bardia.
Dahua Australia is a subsidiary of multi award-winning property developer Dahua Group, established in 1988, one of China’s 50 largest developers.
